Locate and book

Open the app and use the interactive map to find GymStations near you. Browse locations, view available time slots, and reserve your preferred GymStation with just a few taps.

Unlock and Train

When you arrive at your booked GymStation, use the app to unlock it and access the high-quality fitness equipment inside.

Build your workout

Choose your preferred muscle group and equipment to design your own Workout of the Day.

Lock

After your workout, ensure you return all equipment to its designated place within the GymStation.
