device and create a free account. This quick and easy process will give you access to the full

Locate and book
Open the app and use the interactive map to find GymStations near you. Browse locations, view available time slots, and reserve your preferred GymStation with just a few clicks.
Unlock and Train
When you arrive at your booked GymStation, use the app to unlock it and access the high-quality fitness equipment inside.
Build your workout
Choose your preferred muscle group and equipment to design your own Workout of the Day.
Lock
After your workout, ensure you
return all equipment to its designated place within the GymStation and lock it through the app.

2. Create an Account: Open the app and follow the prompts to sign up using your email or social media
account (you can also Sign Up with Google or Apple account)
3. Verify Your Information: Complete the registration process by verifying your email or phone number.

2. Find a GymStation: Browse available GymStation locations near you.
3. Make a Reservation: Select your preferred GymStation and book it for your desired time slot.
4. Confirm Booking: You'll receive a confirmation and instructions on how to access the GymStation

3. Select Your Booking: Choose the active booking you want to access.
4. Unlock: Tap the unlock button in the app when you're near the GymStation.

2. Restart the App: Close and reopen the app, then try unlocking again.

2. Retry the App: Try locking the GymStation again via the app.
3. Contact Support: If you still can't lock it, contact our support team through the app or at support@activetribe.com.
Yes, you can use GymStation with friends, you can check the share GymStation option in the booking. However,
every person using GymStation needs an Active Tribe account. After your training, always ensure all equipment is
handled responsibly to avoid penalty points
Yes, you can close the GymStation while training. Just make sure to keep the app handy to reopen it as needed
during your session
1. Report Immediately: Use the app to report any missing equipment as soon as you notice it.
2. Provide Details: Include a description of the missing items and any relevant photos.
3. Await Confirmation: Our support team will review your report and get back to you with the next steps. If
equipment is missing and not reported before you unlock the GymStation, you will receive penalty points.
Customers are responsible for the equipment during their booking period. If theft or vandalism occurs while the
GymStation is unlocked under your booking and not reported, you may be held liable and receive penalty points.
There are no extra charges if you go overtime, but you will receive penalty points for exceeding your booked time
slot. Please be considerate of other users and return the GymStation on time
Yes, GymStation offers phone charging with lightning, USB-C and universal cables.
1. Open the App: Go to the "Training" section.
2. Create New Training: Tap on the option to create a new training plan.
3. Customize Your Workout: Add exercises, set durations, and customize your workout to fit your needs.
4. Save and Start: Save your training plan and start your session whenever you're ready.What happens if I reach 10 penalty points?
If you accumulate 10 penalty points, your account will be blocked for 1 month. During this period, you will not be
able to book or use any GymStation lockers.
